High Capacity, Compact Design

Camar’s High Capacity Pellet Crumbler has twice the capacity of a standard crumbler of the same size. With a course output of 90 tonnes/hr and a fine output of 60 tonnes/hr, the High Capacity Crumbler Fits in a 20”x115” space drive guards inclusive. The High Capacity Crumbler comes in left and right drive configurations to minimize its footprint based on your needs. The hardened spin-cast spring-loaded rolls minimize damage from foreign objects and the four access doors make inspection and maintenance simple.

Positive Electric Positioning Drive

Accurate roll positioning for precise crumble size is achieved by an electric drive between the roll and the motor. The direct connection drive combined with it’s analog encoder ensures the mechanical movements are consistent and precise for final position setting.

Positive Belt Tension System

An industry first, Camar’s Positive belt tension system utilizes a heavy duty serpentine belt configuration for constant tension and power transfer to both rolls regardless of crumble size.

Roll Feeder (Optional)

The roll Feeder provides controlled, even product feeding, better utilizing the crumbler’s full capacity.
