The new Camar High Definition Micro Ingredient System is a high-resolution scale, coupled with a Three Stage Fine Feeder to dispense minute quantities of product with high accuracy. This level of performance provides high precision weighments to meet the CFIA regulatory requirement to achieve 5% accuracy even on very small batch amounts.

Today’s new feed additive products are being produced at higher concentrations, resulting in very low inclusion rates in each batch. These requirements are well beyond the performance capabilities of conventional micro ingredient systems. The new high performance Camar HD Micro Ingredient System is the solution to this challenge.

The travelling scale is servo driven and positions to each bin to weigh product from the bin. This provides the performance of a small, high precision scale, regardless of the number of bins in the system.
